The entire villa is rented exclusively to one group, accommodating up to 10 guests across 150 square metres of thoughtfully restored space above Valdottavo, Tuscany. Lucca is easily reachable by car. It features four double bedrooms with king-size beds, each with its own private bathroom. Guests also have access to a fully equipped designer kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a historic stone cellar with a large dining table, a small kitchen, and an additional bathroom. The villa is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, a television, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and a dedicated workspace. Two baby cots and two high chairs are available for families with young children. Outside, there are private terraces, a balcony, a barbecue area, and an infinity pool surrounded by olive trees, all set within a private garden with mountain views. Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, the private infinity pool, the terraces, the barbecue area, the historic stone cellar, and the outdoor spaces within the olive grove. Free parking for up to four vehicles and an electric vehicle charging station are available directly on the property. The villa and pool are not shared with other guests during your stay. A cleaning service is also available during your stay for an extra fee. A car is necessary to reach the property and explore the surrounding area. The final section of the access road is an unpaved forest track. Vehicles with very low ground clearance, especially sports cars, are therefore not suitable. A regular car or SUV can reach the property without difficulty. As this is a historic stone building surrounded by nature, guests should expect some stairs, uneven outdoor surfaces, and the usual sounds of the countryside. Children must always be supervised around the pool and outdoor areas. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
